HHA Volleyball is beginning its 10th year and we are super-excited about building on the tremendous success and loads of fun and friendships that began in 2016. HHA Volleyball is committed to serving your players through character development. We continue to have a small Christ centered devotion at each practice in order to reaffirm the most important aspect of our organization. We care greatly about skill level and want to win volleyball games and tournaments but our devotion to their Christian walk matters even more to us. Our teams compete against private, homeschool and a few charter teams.

Parent Volunteer Expectations: We are a parent run organization. All of what happens at HHA is possible because of volunteers. We ask that each parent help keep the scorebook, be a line judge, libero track, be team parent, or help in some way for games and tournaments (training will be provided). "Many hands make light work."
Fees & Fundraising: Current fee information can be found below. We do have fundraising opportunities available and encourage participation as we operate on a very tight budget. The fees posted are not the total cost per player that it takes to run this program. We ask that you will assist in raising the actual cost per player through business sponsors, T-shirt sales, or other fundraising that may be shared throughout the year. We are currently looking for people gifted in this area so if that is you please reach out!
HHA Volleyball now offers volleyball to Girls and Boys 8-18 years old as of Sept 2026
WHEN
We have open gyms Jan 30, Feb 27, March 27 and April 24. Skills clinics and tryouts are in May and July and then our season begins in early August and runs through October. If you are on a phone you have to scroll to the bottom of the page to see the registrations for these events as they are available.

Practices
Monday's and Thursday's from 2-4 PM or 3-5 PM
Games
JH Teams will play 10-15, JV and Varsity Teams play 20-30 games over the course of the season, usually on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Tournaments are usually 1 a month and will fall on Fridays and Saturdays.
Uniform
Two Jerseys, one pair of shorts and one longsleeve cover up are provided once you register, for an extra cost of $120. You may use the uniform year to year as long as it fits properly.
Fees
- JV and Varsity Girls: $590 per player
- JV and Varsity Boys: $590 per player
- Junior High Girls: $490 per player
- Junior High Boys: $390 per player
- MiniMavs (12U): $390 per player
- Practice Squad: $390 per player
- Fees include two practice shirts
- Uniforms are $120 per player
- $120 Non-refundable after tryouts
- Payment plan is available once registration opens in June.
- Uniforms must be paid for when signing up for the season.
- Fee Balance is due by Sept 1.

Frequently Asked Questions
Where all do you travel for games and tournaments?
We travel all around the Greater Houston area to include Porter, Kingwood, and Katy. We also have one tournament and one game in Bryan/College Station, one state tournament for most teams in Grapevine or San Antonio early October, and usually the top teams travel to Iowa for Nationals in late October.
