Texas Homeschool State Cross Country Championships

We are pleased to announce the annual Texas Homeschool State Cross Country Championships. The deadline for race entries is Wednesday, October 22nd at 11:59 PM.

ENTRIES

Registration and entries will be managed through Athletic.net.

You may enter up to 10 runners in Varsity and Middle School Division I races
You have unlimited entries in JV boys & girls and Middle School boys & girls Division II
Middle School Division I is intended for 7th & 8th Graders, and should consist of your better middle school runners. Younger runners can run up in this division.
MS Division II is intended for younger and more novice middle school runners (4th through 7th Grade)
There should be no 12th graders entered into JV races and no 8th graders entered into Division II races. Exceptions may be granted by the Meet Director and any exceptions would be non-scoring in that JV or Division II race
*** IF YOU HAVE A HOMESCHOOLED STUDENT THAT IS NOT PART OF A MIDDLE SCHOOL OR HIGH SCHOOL HOMESCHOOL TEAM (aka "UNATTACHED"), YOU MAY REGISTER THEM AS AN UNATTACHED RUNNER ***
WE WILL VET ALL RUNNERS AND YOU WILL BE CONTACTED IF THERE ARE QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR REGISTRATION
Course maps will be uploaded one week before the state meet.

FRIDAY

4:00 pm - Course will be marked & ready for walk-thrus

SATURDAY

7:00am - Check in / Course preview
8:00am - Varsity Boys - 5K - limit 10 per team
8:30am - Varsity Girls - 5K - limit 10 per team
9:00am - JV Boys Race - 5K - Unlimited Entry (No 12th Graders)
9:30am - JV Girls Race - 3200M - Unlimited Entry (No 12th Graders)
10:00am - MS Boys Div. I - 3200M - only 10 runners per team
10:30am - MS Girls Div. I - 3200M - only 10 runners per team
11:00am - MS Boys Div. II - 3200M - Unlimited Entry (No 8th Graders)
11:30am - MS Girls Div. II - 3200M - Unlimited Entry (No 8th Graders)

FEES

$15 per runner
School/Team max of $700
Make checks payable to Houston Homeschool Athletics.
PLEASE BRING A CHECK TO THE MEET.

T-SHIRTS

The deadline to pre-order state t-shirts is Sunday, October 12 at 11:59 PM. Shirts can be picked up at the registration table on meet day. There will also be a limited supply available for purchase on the day of the meet.
